by Lauren Ikpe

You may be looking for a second-year law clerk with experience

  • drafting court documents
  • analyzing issues, such as governmental and public official immunity
  • preparing for hearings and
  • working directly with client departments and employees.

In particular, you may be looking for someone who can help you help your clients or your office in

  • employment law
  • criminal prosecution or
  • business litigation.

Resources for Lawyers and Law Students

I have begun developing resources for both practicing attorneys and law students. These resources will include posts about recent changes to North Carolina law in employment, business litigation, and criminal prosecution and defense. Some will even include forms other attorneys have found helpful. My goal is to be of help to lawyers and other law students who are also interested in these practice areas.
